Adding text and links

"Good words are worth much and cost little."
George Herbert, Poet (3 April 1593 – 1 March 1633)

Add text to your site effortlessly by simply clicking the Add Text button at the bottom of the SiteBuilder window.

You can then type your text into the advanced text editor. With the editor you can...

  • Change the text font, size, and colour.
  • Make the text bold, italic, and underlined.
  • Change the alignment of the text, indent paragraphs.
  • Insert ordered and unordered lists.
  • Add images, custom characters (¥), and symbols (♣).

Many features common to a Word processor, such as Microsoft Word, are also available. These include copy, cut, and paste functions, the ability to search and replace text, check your spelling, and undo or redo recent actions.

While this may sound complicated, it's all implemented in a very simple interface which is familiar to many users.

Search engine spiders cannot see an image or a flash file and will not understand the meaning of them.

If you have something important to say, make sure you say it in the text of the website, so search engines can rank your page.
